lose faith in modern medicine, and joins with Serge and his party to see the world, and perhaps even learn more about life
itself.

When given the option of finding the Hydra Humour
to save Kid, choose no. Later on, when Kid is healed, Doc will join your party when you talk to him in Another World Guldove.
