One of Luccia's experiments, Neofio was created in an attempt to
create a new life form. While successful, Neofio cannot truly be brought to life without the Life Sparkle, a mystical item
hidden in the Hydra Marshes. As it usually goes, many have tried to retrieve the Sparkle, but none have returned. It's up
to Serge's party to bring her to life.
Recruitment
Go to the Hydra Marshes in Another World and find the Life Sparkle.
Return to the garden on top of Viper Manor and use the Sparkle on the flower in the central pool.
