His ship crash landed in El Nido, and your party will find him wandering around Sky Dragon Isle. His knowledge of computers and machinery and the like will help Serge late in the game, to get to a near-inaccessible area. His age is unknown, though it seems as if he's a child by his demeanor. Recruitment Get the Star Fragment in Home's El Nido Triangle, and head to Sky Dragon Isle. Walk up to the summit and examine the chest in the center. Fight and defeat Starky's large form (appropriately called Megastarky) and he'll join the Force, er, forces with you.
