Much to the dismay of many a Chrono Trigger fan, Chrono Cross' Glenn
has no relation to Frog/Glenn of the first game. He is however similar to the Glenn of the first game, in that he's an excellent
swordsman. He's also the only character in the game capable of wielding two weapons at once (though this only applies to one
particular weapon). His skill with blades runs in his family, being the son of the legendary knight Dario, and son of Garai,
also deceased.
Recruitment
Glenn can be tough to recruit, since the method of
doing so is nowhere near obvious. When you're asked to get the Hydra Humour to help Kid, you must refuse to do so. Upon returning
to Termina later with Macha, you'll see Glenn conversing with someone at the entrance of the town. Going back to the docks,
you'll run into him and offer his services.
